Reward and Remuneration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our team at Annapurna. As a key partner to the Head of Reward, you will provide strategic reward solutions that align with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping remuneration policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on governance matters.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of UK corporate governance codes, as well as experience in drafting RemCo papers and DRR. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and developing reporting frameworks.
This is a senior-level role that requires strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. You will work closely with the HRBP to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity. A salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience.
