Annapurna, a leader in entertainment technology, is seeking an Executive Reward Manager to drive strategic reward initiatives and support the Head of Reward in key areas, including remuneration committee and regulatory requirements.

Main Objectives:

  • To prioritize and manage executive remuneration matters, ensuring alignment with corporate governance code requirements.
  • Establish a robust reporting framework, providing valuable insights to the remuneration committee.
  • Support annual pay review and HRBP's in market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of commercial awareness, driving creative solutions to complex problems.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive reward management, preferably in a UK-based organization.
  • Strong understanding of UK corporate governance code and expertise in drafting Remco papers.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Commercial acumen and creativity in approaching challenges.

Bonus: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
