At Office Angels, we are seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join our client's team in Bracknell.
About the JobThis is a full-time permanent position based in our client's office. As a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide first-line helpdesk support and be the primary point of contact for facilities management requirements and administration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent decision-making skills and be able to work well under pressure, handling challenging situations independently.
Key Tasks- Administer various tasks on the CAFM system, including assigning contractors and generating purchase orders.
- Liaise with maintenance staff and subcontractors to ensure prompt resolution of service desk requirements.
- Monitor and update accurate data in the CAFM system, ensuring proper assignment and categorization of helpdesk work orders.
- Complete work orders for remedial actions, both in-house and contractor-related.
- Maintain the Asset Register with up-to-date information.
The salary for this role is approximately £24,200 per annum, depending on experience.
Our client offers a supportive work environment, and the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the Head of Maintenance and Head of Property Help Desk.
