Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of accounts within the grocery channel, including at least one of the Top 4 grocery accounts. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth targets
- Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to support sales efforts
- Develop and implement annual account plans and joint business plans aligned with business strategy
- Forecast and analyze customer sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Manage new product launches and promotion planning for existing and new accounts
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and store visits as necessary
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in the Consumer branded goods sector in an account management position
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and well-organized
- Accountability for actions and personal development
- Flair for creativity and sales
- Positive nature and proactive approach
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good level of MS Office, excellent presentation, and IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel to office twice per month
