Teacher for Children with Autism and SEN

The Job Description:- Deliver bespoke lessons to meet the unique needs of pupils with MLD, ASC, SLD, and SEMH.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Employ a range of teaching strategies, including visual aids, sensory tools, and assistive technology, to engage pupils.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging pupils to participate confidently.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, adapting instruction and materials as necessary.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience working with pupils having MLD, ASC, SLD, and/or SEMH is desirable.
- Demonstrate expertise in differentiated teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion, equality, and the emotional well-being of all pupils.
