Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Shred-it. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling and upselling new leads, developing a strong pipeline of customers, and working towards hitting daily call and email targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through proactive calls and emails
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of customers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Meet or exceed daily call and email targets, with a focus on converting leads into sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that promises to customers are actioned

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
