About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kratos Search. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Training and Support: Participate in comprehensive sales training programs, including video-based sales training and MEDDIC sales training, to develop skills and knowledge in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and support each other in achieving sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of internal sales, SDR, or BDR experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sales and business development.
