We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kratos Search. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
- Sales Training and Support: Participate in comprehensive sales training programs, including video-based sales training and MEDDIC sales training, to develop skills and knowledge in sales techniques and strategies.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our business software solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to generate appointments and drive sales growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and business growth.
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 6-12 months of internal sales, SDR, or BDR experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
