About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Frasers Group team as a Membership Experience Host. As a key member of our club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maximize every member and guest's experience in our club by providing personalized support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through effective communication and relationship-building with our members.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required and ensuring the smooth operation of the club.
  • Develop a good understanding of our membership software system to effectively manage member data and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these initiatives to enhance the member experience.
  • Support the Fitness Manager in maintaining a high-quality gym floor environment.
  • Ensure that you have experienced our products and services firsthand to provide informed recommendations to members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, working closely with the team to ensure exceptional standards.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets by promoting our services and products to members.
  • Effectively handle member complaints, escalating issues to relevant managers as necessary.

  • Be an outgoing and positive individual with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Be competent in all administrative duties, including data management and software systems.
  • Be driven and ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Be willing to participate in learning and development opportunities to progress your career.
  • Be able to adapt to operational key holder duties as required by the business.
  • Be passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
  • Be flexible to work shifts to suit the needs of the business and take on additional duties to support your team members.
  • Be target-focused, supporting the club in achieving sales and retention targets.

Contract Details

This is a 20-hour contract, split over 3-4 days per week, depending on coverage. Availability for early morning and late evening shifts is required to align with our gym opening hours.
