About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Frasers Group team as a Membership Experience Host. As a key member of our club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maximize every member and guest's experience in our club by providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the club.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required to ensure seamless club operations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our membership software system to effectively manage member interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these initiatives to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to drive gym floor success and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure that you have experienced our products and services firsthand to provide informed recommendations to members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, working closely with the team to exceed member expectations.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Effectively handle member complaints, escalating issues to relevant managers as necessary.

  • Competency in all administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.

  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible shifts to meet business needs.
  • A passion for fitness, administration, and customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Flexibility to work shifts to suit the needs of the business, including early morning and late evening starts.
  • A target-focused approach, committed to supporting the club in achieving sales and retention targets.
