About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Documentation Administrator to join our team at Phoenix ME.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in document management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for construction projects.

This role involves working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission, review of documents, and that all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission, review of documents, and that all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.
  3. Maintain an electronic filing system for easy retrieval of documents with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  4. Issue project documentation including technical submittals, benchmarks, samples, builders work requests, drawings, models, and design information to the client via project EDMS.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year],
