Technical Documentation Specialist

As an Information Developer at Siemens, you will be responsible for documenting and maintaining new hardware and software technologies. This includes creating user guides, application notes, reviewing technical marketing collateral, and other reference materials.
You will work closely with our talented development staff to ensure that our documentation is of high quality and meets the needs of our customers.
- Developing documentation for embedded hardware and software products
- Documenting products that operate on multiple platforms, including Linux-based operating systems
- Developing documentation using docs-as-code methodology (including RsT, AsciiDoc, Markdown, XML)
- Scripting expertise in Python and JavaScript
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Math
- Ability to read and understand code, including embedded C, C++, Python, JSON, XML, HTML
- Experience working with standard product and project methodologies
- Creating technical marketing content
- Video content development for technical information
At Siemens, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
