Job Title: Document Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our Compliance, Technology & Innovation team based in Trumpington, Cambridgeshire.

This role will play a pivotal part in setting up, managing and maintaining our document control systems across the firm.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of the new corporate Knowledge Management and Client Record Filing Structure systems, ensuring efficiency, compliance and accuracy of our document management systems. Expertise in document management is essential, ideally within the real estate, construction or professional services sector.

  • Designing and implementing the new corporate Knowledge Management system, incorporating version control, authority and accountability.
  • Coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure, including document retention periods.
  • Managing business archiving, ensuring all documentation is stored efficiently and can be accessed at any time.
  • Continuously improving and enhancing procedures and systems utilised for document control.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
