Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telemarketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Kitchen, Bedroom, and Furniture industries to introduce our innovative solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions that align with our product offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create interest and awareness of our solutions.
  • Data Management: Accurately document all lead interactions, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and leads are effectively followed up on.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role, preferably within B2B industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to articulate the value of products and services, aligning them with customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
