Business Development Representative for Environmental Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RVT Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the environmental solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand our customer base through proactive outreach and engagement with potential clients.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
