Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telemarketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Kitchen, Bedroom, and Furniture industries to introduce our products and services
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions that align with our product offerings
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create interest and awareness of our innovative solutions
  • Accurately document all lead interactions, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and leads are effectively followed up on
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role, preferably within B2B industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to articulate the value of products and services, aligning them with customer needs
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
