Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to drive the development and delivery of our Consortium Certificates. The ideal candidate will have experience in the adult education market, with expertise in marketing, B2B sales, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full-cycle delivery of Consortium Certificates, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and demand for Consortium Certificates.
- Manage events, including content creation, marketing, and production.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have a proven track record of business growth and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the market. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to persuade and lead others to achieve success.
This role is office-based and may require occasional travel. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work evenings as required.
What We Offer$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
