About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong social care team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Senior Practitioner, you will form part of a committed management structure delivering social care services to individuals in mental distress. You will be working under the Welsh Measures and the Social Services and Well-being Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small management team to deliver quality services
  • Offer supervision and complex case work advice
  • Deliver AMHP interventions under the MHA subsequent amendments
  • Caseload management, allocations, and case closures
  • Interagency collaborative working and development of social care processes
