You will form part of a committed management structure delivering social care services to people in mental distress. You will be working under the Welsh Measures and the social services and wellbeing act. You will be responsible for management of a small group of staff comprising of social workers/ AMHPs and mental health support workers. We work to the principles of the social services and wellbeing act:
