**Job**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Theatre Practitioner to join our team permanently. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers, offering excellent Continuing Professional Development (CPD) prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scrubbing for consultant-led surgeries across a range of complexities and specialisms.
- Assess patients' health and well-being within a diverse caseload.
- Develop appropriate care plans considering the patient's care pathway, perioperative risks, and overall well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse.
- NMC or HCPC registered with no pin restrictions.
- Experience in orthopedics is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience.
- Previous employment in a surgical/theatre setting.
- Highly motivated with a track record of working in challenging yet rewarding environments.
