About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across Inpatients and Outpatients, assessing and treating a range of orthopaedic inpatients, musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative cases.
  • Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs, and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead.
  • Help our patients achieve, maintain, and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patients' needs.
  • Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You will also have excellent assessment skills, be committed to developing as a practitioner, and be a confident communicator skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.
