Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat a range of orthopaedic inpatients, musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative cases across Inpatients and Outpatients
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPs, and consultants, to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to help patients achieve, maintain, and recover to their desired level of health and wellbeing
  • Deliver safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive clinical care that meets the needs of our patients
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy to support your professional development
