Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of inpatient pre and post-operative conditions.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Ensure that clinical care is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Monitor the standard of treatment provided and ensure compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
  • Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Competent and confident IT user.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
