About the Role

We are seeking a Faith and Pastoral Care Specialist to join our team at Justice.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing faith and pastoral care to prisoners and staff, as well as meeting the needs of people of other faiths and none.

The role involves engaging with local faith communities to aid offender resettlement and taking responsibility for one's own spiritual health and development.

This includes planning and leading worship services, facilitating study groups, and contributing to policy development.

The key responsibilities include providing guidance on faith systems, offering pastoral care, and supporting volunteers.

The Faith and Pastoral Care Specialist will participate in training programs, represent the chaplaincy team at meetings, and contribute to data collection and analysis.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
