Pastoral Support Role

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Chaplain. As a Chaplain at MHA, you will be responsible for promoting spiritual well-being and supporting the spiritual needs of our residents, staff, and families.

You will have the opportunity to lead Christian worship, provide pastoral care, and build good working relationships with local faith communities. Our residents participate in regular Christian worship, so we need a Chaplain who is able to lead these services. You should have a deep understanding of spiritual aspects of ageing and dementia, demonstrated through experience of providing pastoral care and ideally leading services.
