Our Chaplains play a vital role in promoting spiritual well-being and supporting the spiritual needs of our residents, staff, and families. As a Chaplain at MHA, you will be responsible for leading Christian worship, providing pastoral care, and building good working relationships with local faith communities.

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic individual who can provide spiritual guidance and support to our residents. A significant proportion of our residents participate in regular Christian worship, so we need a Chaplain who is able to lead these services. You should have a deep understanding of spiritual aspects of ageing and dementia, demonstrated through experience of providing pastoral care and ideally leading services.

Salary: £26,900 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours.

Location: Cromwell House, Norwich
