  • Leading the Care Team: You will be responsible for leading the care team, supporting the home managers, and overseeing the day-to-day supervision of staff.
  • Providing Compassionate Care: Providing high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do. You will set an example through your delivery of compassionate care, championing our residents' independence, and empowering them to make informed choices.

About You:

  • Experience: We are looking for individuals with previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.

About Mayflower Court:
