About the Role
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Champion resident-centered care, using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower residents to make informed choices.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity among team members and with the community.
Requirements
- A proven track record in a similar care leadership role, with experience in care, supported housing, or health settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Passion for delivering person-centered care, with a commitment to promoting resident independence and dignity.
