We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our Group Protection team. This role involves working with brokers and customers to administer and maintain Group Protection policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies
  • Administer and update records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve enquiries and issues efficiently
  • Manage and organise your own work queue to meet service levels and keep customers informed
  • Consider the needs of vulnerable customers and take additional steps to support them

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experience with MS Office
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service
