About the Role:
Your new role involves providing 1st line support and working varied shift patterns, including occasional weekends and bank holidays. Your primary responsibility is to assist in resolving incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial support for technical issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex problems
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Windows
- Previous experience in a help desk environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
