We are seeking a First Line Support Engineer to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our service management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues and delivering exceptional support services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage the lifecycle of active cases, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and SLTs are met. You will also communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

A strong understanding of supplier relationships and effective communication skills are essential for this role. You will work closely with 3rd parties to coordinate activities and ensure timely resolution of workload.

You will provide clear instructions and information to support teams and customers, limiting re-work and ensuring excellent results.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
