About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students in a partner school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and social growth.
  • Assist with student supervision during break and lunchtimes, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
  • Support teachers in the classroom, contributing to lesson planning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Confidence in working with students who may present with challenging behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of Maths, Science, and English to a GCSE level.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo).
