About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in our specialist Supported Living service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including mental health, forensic background, and challenging behaviours.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in planning and implementing individualized support plans to promote independence and empowerment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Core Team to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of each individual.
Requirements
  • Good health and ability to carry out all expected care and daily living tasks.
  • Full UK driving license (essential for driving clients regularly).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • High level of motivation and personal commitment.
  • Demonstrable skills in engaging service users in planning their support.
