We are looking for a dedicated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at MIChild Group's Teddies nursery.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practitioner to deliver high-quality childcare and education to young children, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with children, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and plans that meet the welfare and learning development requirements of each child
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of each child
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the company and regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
