Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting daily sales and stock figures to suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and stock data.
- Preparing and submitting reports on a daily and periodic basis.
- Managing flight schedules and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Providing administrative support to operations teams.
- Assisting with the investigation and resolution of customer queries.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers.
