As an Enterprise Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth by identifying opportunities and developing tailored account management strategies.

With 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or similar roles, you will oversee diverse priorities, collaborate with delivery teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction & Growth: Foster satisfaction and expand relationships within an assigned customer portfolio.
  • Develop and Implement Account Management Strategies: Identify opportunities and develop tailored account management strategies to expand customer relationships.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Experience of working within a Sustainability tech focused business (desirable).
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute projects, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with SaaS, required.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
