Job Title: Support Worker Specialist
About the JobWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Support Worker Specialist to join our team in Camden. As a Support Worker Specialist, you will work closely with clients to deliver personalized care and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- To coordinate and lead activity groups, promoting social interaction and skill-building.
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the care planning process.
Working Environment:
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work with clients, relatives, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and support. You must be able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
- NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent qualification.
- LDAF Induction.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with Learning Disabilities or older people's services.
Compensation and Benefits:
