Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work and learn alongside our experienced team members, serving our customers when they need us most. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience with us, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Our Customer Service team is critical to our success, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering first-class service to our customers. You will be our customers' first point of contact, and you will be responsible for resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, and you will have access to regular upskill training and development opportunities. You will be working with a range of complex systems, and you will be expected to be digitally savvy and able to adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team members to resolve customer issues and improve our customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of our customer businesses and their operations.
- Make smart and effective decisions to resolve customer issues and improve our customer experience.
- Participate in regular upskill training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Continuous residence in the UK for the past 3 years.
- Resident in England (due to the course being funded by the English Apprenticeship levy and the programme only being offered in England).
- Apprentices will be required to have or achieve Level 1 English and Maths and to have taken Level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
- Not previously studied the course content.
- Not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship.
- Not hold an undergraduate degree in any subject.
