We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing data management and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data entry and demonstrate a proven capability to handle intricate data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance and support to the broader team with data requirements, client onboarding, and other priority initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill business needs.

- Utilize Excel for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation for analytical purposes.

- Ensure data integrity through streamlined processes.

- Engage in process enhancement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

- Evaluate risks and maintain a safe working environment at all times, rigorously adhering to health and safety protocols.

- Promptly report all incidents, including near misses and safety observations, accidents, and injuries, and communicate any health and safety concerns to your supervisor.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

- Several years of experience in data entry, preferably within a SaaS context.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Comfortable managing large data sets and assisting the broader team with cross-functional tasks.

- Familiarity with FTP processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Statistics.

- Proficient in SQL.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
