We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in enhancing data management and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data entry and demonstrate the ability to manage intricate data sets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to the broader team with data requirements, client implementations, and other priority initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill business needs.
  • Utilize Excel for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation for analytical purposes.
  • Ensure data integrity through a streamlined management process.
  • Engage in process enhancement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions.

Key Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risks and maintain a safe working environment at all times, diligently implementing health and safety protocols and refusing to undertake any work that jeopardizes your safety or health.
  • Promptly report all incidents, including near misses and safety observations, accidents, and injuries, and communicate any health and safety concerns to your line manager.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a SaaS context.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable managing large volumes of data and supporting the broader team with cross-functional tasks.
  • Familiarity with FTP processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
