We are in search of a proficient Creative Lead to elevate the brand of EiQ, the pioneering end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform. This role entails overseeing the visual identity of EiQ, enhancing and developing it to meet market demands. The ideal candidate will leverage their hands-on expertise while effectively managing external partners to produce a diverse array of creative materials that support marketing, sales, and various EiQ stakeholders as we increase our presence in responsible sourcing, ESG, and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the visual brand identity for EiQ.
  • Oversee the comprehensive creation process of marketing assets, collaborating closely with our content specialists.
  • Identify and manage external agency partners and freelance talent, providing expert guidance on new campaigns and projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of all assets.
  • Create innovative content that aligns with both short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all marketing assets, including brochures, photography, videos, and advertising materials, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Lead the UI design of our marketing website, utilizing insights from our digital experts or sourcing external specialists.
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance production processes, in alignment with LRQA's broader AI strategies.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, digital, communications, and content teams on creative projects to ensure alignment on brand messaging and resource identification.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with print suppliers, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, and designers to expand our creative network.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in design and multimedia, translating insights into relevant new ideas and concepts.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and adhere to safety protocols at all times, rigorously implementing health and safety regulations.
  • Promptly report all incidents, including near misses and safety observations, and communicate any health and safety concerns to your supervisor.

Key Stakeholders:

EiQ marketing, sales, product, customer success, group marketing.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in creative services.
  • Hands-on experience in traditional design, video, or UI design.
  • Proven experience managing creative resources, whether in-house or through third-party partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate a complex array of in-house stakeholders throughout the creative production process.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and XD is advantageous.
  • Experience with or interest in integrating AI into creative processes.
