As a Support Worker, you'll play a critical role in delivering our mission by providing direct care and support to residents, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of care plans.
About the Role: This is a full-time permanent position, working on a flexible shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights (included in salary). You'll have opportunities for voluntary overtime. The role is based in the Minsterley, Shropshire area.
Benefits and Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include an attendance bonus, pension scheme, 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), mileage allowance, refer-a-friend scheme, enrolment on the Simply Health cash back scheme, free access to wellbeing initiatives, free on-site parking, career progression opportunities, and employee assistance programme.
