Role Overview
A Student Mentor is required to join a Primary school in St Albans on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support students with diverse needs, including anxiety, low mood, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Condition.

The school prides itself on its tailored learning programmes, providing specific support to cater to individual student needs. As a member of the collaborative student support team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure students receive the necessary care and guidance.

You may have experience working in an education setting, but your skills could also be transferable from roles such as support worker, social worker, or youth worker. If you are passionate about the academic and personal development of children, this role may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:
- Support students with varying needs
- Collaborate with the student support team
- Develop strong relationships with pupils
