Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment by actively listening to students, encouraging open communication, and promoting empathy.
- Provide individualized support: Meet the diverse needs of students by offering tailored support and guidance.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful learning environment: Encourage inclusivity, respect, and kindness among students, teachers, and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Eligibility to work in the UK is required for this role. A passion for supporting students and working in an education setting is essential.
