SENDhelp Limited is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Education Support Specialist at one of our partner schools in St Albans. Our partner school specializes in working with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.

The successful candidate will be working in a school that offers state-of-the-art specialist workshops and design studios, a large indoor multi-sports hall, gym, and virtual learning environment.

As an Education Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting a pupil on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with daily activities, encouraging independent learning, and helping students reach their full potential.

You will also be responsible for supporting students in life skills as well as core subject education. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for and experience in supporting SEMH needs and challenging behavior.

We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of SENDhelp Limited, you will have access to:
