About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Daisy Communications as a key member of our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our UK-based SME customers, driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on their needs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive sales from initial contact to closing.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies and performance metrics.
  • Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities and track customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand and interpret data.
