Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Opal Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
