About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Expert Relationship Manager to lead our contractual and relationship management with Part 35 expert suppliers. As a key member of our team, you will develop and deliver our short and long-term business plan, leveraging our strengths and expertise to maximise market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the expert panel across PI & MN
  • Develop and deliver an integrated legal, commercial, business development, and people strategy for experts
  • Own the customer value chain for expert evidence, fostering a client-focused culture
  • Research and understand the 'expert' landscape, implementing strategies to drive value and benefit
  • Build strong relationships across IM, leveraging expertise from Client and Corporate Services
  • Model positive behaviours by understanding the supply chain landscape and managing supplier performance
  • Lead data-driven decision-making for experts within the PI and MN teams
  • Drive change initiatives to enhance client value, productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
About You

We are looking for someone with great experience in relationship management, operating at a mid-management level. You will have a strong track record of commercial success within large-scale operational service delivery businesses. You will be commercially astute with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence across all levels within the organisation.
