Expert Relationship Manager

We're seeking an Expert Relationship Manager to lead our contractual and relationship management with expert suppliers, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for expert relationships, leveraging our strengths and expertise to maximize market opportunities.
  • Lead the development of a strategic plan for expert management, aligning with our firm's Supplier Management strategy.
  • Proactively research and understand the expert landscape, implementing strategies to drive value, reduce risks, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier performance, consistently modeling positive behaviors and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Procurement & SRM to ensure effective risk management and alignment of expert management strategies across Client Services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, operating at a mid-management level, with a strong track record of commercial success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with experts and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the personal injury/medical negligence sector, with a strong understanding of the legal and commercial landscape.
