We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition in a dynamic secondary school in Barnet.



The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and parents/carers to provide individualized support to students on a 1 to 1 and group basis. You will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of our students.



Job Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Basic understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition and its impact on learning
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) an asset
